SPECTATOR INFORMATION
PPG Nissan & GT-R Festival NZ is a one-day motorsport and show event dedicated to Nissan-powered vehicles, combining track action, show cars and trade into one packed day.
Expect a full day of action including Cruising, Roll Racing, Drifting, Grip Sessions, Parade Laps, Passenger Rides, Trade and Entertainment.
The day wraps up with GT-R vs the World Drag Racing at Meremere - open to all makes and models.

Hampton Downs Motorsport Park
20 Hampton Downs Road, Te Kauwhata
From Auckland, head south on State Highway 1 towards Hamilton. Continue for around 45–60 minutes, then take the Hampton Downs exit. Follow the signs and turn onto Hampton Downs Road, where the venue entrance will be clearly marked.
From Hamilton or the Waikato, travel north on State Highway 1 towards Auckland. Take the Hampton Downs exit and follow Hampton Downs Road to the venue. Follow event signage and staff directions on arrival.
On-site parking is FREE. Follow the signs and our teams instructions on the day
Disabled parking – please let the gate team know upon arrival if you require access.

Tickets are only available at the gate. Watch out for ticket scammers online.
You’re welcome to bring non-commercial food and drinks into the venue.
Please note: This is a strictly alcohol-free event.
Security will be checking vehicles and bags. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and will not be returned.
There will be a range of food vendors available on the day.
What not to bring:
Please do not bring pets (and don’t leave them in cars), alcohol, gang patches, weapons, illegal substances, or drones. This is a family-friendly event and security will be onsite to keep everyone safe.
Service animals are welcome. Please have proper identification or harness available if needed. Please note the event may be loud at times, which could affect some service animals.
Bags and vehicles may be searched on entry.
Yes – Eftpos and Paywave (surcharge may apply) will be available at the gate for ticket purchases. Most vendors inside the event will also have Eftpos or Paywave, but we recommend bringing some cash to help speed up queues and in case a vendor doesn’t accept cards.
There is also an ATM on site, but please note that transaction fees apply.
